Basically asking how people make the cutout pictures, i've tried a few things i get the cutout im looking for but i cant save it as a cutout it always has a background of w.e is left on the screen

I figured out the background, now i need to figure out A: how the sigs are made like cutouts like my sig. Like all cool, not like just cutting out the pic.
And how to take the border out from my pictures.

Check for some tutorials or smthing.. maybe ask deet or spaus, i've seen some nice popout work from them (deet also has a service)
