Hi everyone! I haven't been here in a long time, hope you still remember me

I'm looking for the best approach to creating a work with interactive tabs. Nothing huge, just being able to have an interface, and at the top, different buttons will just change the display to a different "tab." What are the best programs available for this? I will be designing the graphics in Photoshop, but the setup for the tabs I'm unfamiliar with. Thanks,

Well you need to program the tabs somehow.
Is it for a webpage? HTML5 can do it.

Gotcha. Not for a webpage, more like an interactive image?

(As in, doesn't need to be online, like a better PowerPoint basically)

Okay maybe clarify exactly what you need done.
From what I understand you just want a page with some buttons that will redirect to a different page with an image, which powerpoint can do.
If you want to create a standalone application, then I could probably whip something up in Visual Basic in about 10 minutes (although I don't have VB installed, maybe post in the programming sub with more details).

Yeah. It'd be a Window you can open. Basically just wanna stack it like a binder. Click a tab, go to a page, but make it neat?
