This is my first attempt at the most simple thing possible on PS CS4.
I am a total newbie at PS and graphics in general.

If you have some ideas or references that could help out a beginner, I welcome them!

Also, I downloaded a pack of about 400 brushes and put them in the brushes folder. Now when I go to select a new brush pack, I only see like the first 40-50 in the window. Is there a way to separate these so they dont all show up in the same window when trying to select a new brush?

You don't really need brushes for sig making (other than soft/hard round brush).

And I'm not sure.

I just went from 684 brushes to 101.
Kept some of the ones that I might would use.

Well some brushes are useful I have a grunge brush set and some splatters. But yeah, follow tutorials and good luck!
