For those whos are wondering, I did not make the character, mostly the background, and I used a few C4D's wich i didn't make either.

It's a character i picked on planet renders and it's from skyrim.

Smudging is very articulate and uses very hard brush and strength to get to becoming a smudge piece stop using smudge at below 80% and it takes more than one layer

I used hard brush at 90% thanks for the input !

And have 4 layers of smudging

that is way too little.

look at tutorials and psds for smudging.

and the only way to learn is practice
smudging is more hands on than abusing filters or resources
