here's how it works, JPG format makes it so the image compresses to 1 single layer, where PNG allows for multiple layers and Transparency
When you copy and paste an image, it automatically compresses it. therefore; if the image is indeed PNG then download it, and open it in PS and it will have transparency.
if the img is JPG even if you dl it, it might not have transparency.
There might be some odd cases of jpgs having transparency but i'm not a genius when it comes to stuff like this
but yah, DL it, but you also need a program to be able to format in PNG
I use gimp. And I need a program to format in png? what you mean?
