Okay that's easy.
What you do is cut out the images you want in the same size like the example wallpaper you showed. Then one by one, layer by layer (hide the other ones if you want), duplicate each image and then go into free transform. Flip them VERTICALLY.
You can rename the duplicated layers to "Reflection" if you want.
After that, you move the vertically flipped duplicated image below the original image that it was flipped from. You should now have two images, one standing upright and one upside down.
Now, make a Layer Mask for the Reflective layer, then pull out your gradient tool SET TO "REFLECTED GRADIENT" then go to the colors box and select BLACK AND TRANSPARENT. Make sure your foreground is set to black first.
Then once you've selected Black/Transparent with Reflective Gradient option on, make sure you still have your reflective layer selected, from the bottom of the reflective layer, hold SHIFT and drag UPWARDS as high as you want.
From there you should have a reflective image. Now do this to all of the other images in the same way you did to the first.
