Can anyone reduce the size of this one?

the gif have 153 frames, thats a massive amount of frame for such a small gif.
The best would be to decrease quality..

Here if you have photoshop, this are the settings you wanna play with to decreased quality (size) of gifs
Maybe i forgot some but these are the principal and do the jobs really well.
