The photos I take (usually from my Ipod) are extremely blurry, and bad quality, is there anyway to improve this with the use of photoshop?
I'll attach just a basic picture to show you the quality, tips are greatly appreciated

nope.

You could find same keyboard online can crop the keys on non blurred keyboard onto that one, pointless though. :/

So find a picture that doesn't suck and paste it over the one he took?

Yeah, solves the blur.

Buy a better camera?
The ipod camera I believe is not even 2mp i believe.
You could buy a cheap camera for under a 100

depending on the picture and your version of photoshop, you can smudge it to improve some areas, or you can try to use topaz dejpg filter. it won't bring your quality up too much, but it can improve it slightly. it would take a lot of time to smudge the whole entire picture without ruining it.

the best option would be to buy a real camera, or a newer iphone/itouch with a better camera.
i have an iphone 3, and the quality is just as bad as that, but my sister's iphone 4 takes much better pics. apple always has a slight modification that they've known about for months, or years even. it's just a way to get people to buy their newest product.

Photoshop has a Camera RAW module that can minimize the noise and color contamination, in some cases it can do really nice work. It can also fix the sharpness a bit, but don't expect satisfying results with image quality such as you presented. It's activated through Adobe Bridge (or Mini Bridge within PS).
As for blurriness - there is a future filter Adobe has shown in one of their presentations called deblur, but I believe it's in early stage of development. As for now there is little you can do and it's really pointless and unproductive.
Quick answer: no.

just don't shake that much while making your foto or get a better camera or both, no other way to get a good effect^^
