Trying to do anime signatures since it's my weak point. Any advice or CnC?

im not sure if its my monitor or not, but seems a little lq, i like the effects though

i dont really favor the it being bright top middle, my eyes pull to it everytime, that yellow circle haha

I think it's slightly over sharpened, or the high pass that did it. I'm not sure.

Seems HQ to me, it looks sharp and no blurriness at all. But the top right does pull my eye a bit, could make the render stick out more but i still like it. Maybe duplicate render layer and add an effect that will make it more defined from the backgroud
