My wife's Great Aunt just passed away today, and she was very close with her and her with our family. I have a ton of pictures that I need to scan into the PC and get made into a DVD Slide show to play at her memorial service. I have never done anything like this and don't know where to begin. I am not very creative either, so I'm afraid it will look tacky or sloppy.

Can anyone help me do this or point me in the right direction? I can upload all the pics into one file if someone is willing to help me make something decent for her, she was a really great woman.

1. Import pictures to computer.
2. Open powerpoint (or other free alternative)
3. Put each image on a separate slide.
4. Make each image last ~5 seconds with a 1 second fade in/out
5. Burn to DVD following this:


No need for anything fancy, a simple fade is elegant.

Thanks...appreciate that. Can music be added to that? Her father is asking if we can put something behind it, religious/catholic I guess...don't really know if that's a good idea or not to be honest.
