Another option is to use the template I have, and see if you can change it up.
Look for a free template online and change it to a "League Theme"

I have a graphic artist already for the actual images, logo, banner, etc

I will also provide a website for what I'm EXACTLY looking for in a template, and can work along side via Skype

if you already have a graphics guy ask him if he knows and css/html. You can make any wordpress theme act/look however you want if you know basic html/css

He is not comfortable / know CSS/Html unfortunately

I like his graphic work though, so I was hoping to use two people. He has a friend so I'll wait and see
