ive used photoshop CS 5 but never actually printed something.

take the sample pic below. If it were to be printed on an 8-1/2 by 11 inch sheet of paper
& each of the white squares has to be 1x1 inch.

How does one make sure? Any advice would help. Hotkeys would be appreciated.

I may be wrong but compare pixels and pixels per inch.
100 pixels printed at 100 pixels per inch should be on inch

after e comes f and not g
