I'm mainly using my tablet for taking notes, and doing homework. However, when I draw 2 lines in close proximity, like an = sign, or the letter 'i', it connects the ending point of the first line with the starting point of the second. It's really annoying, because I have to pause for a sec each time I write something like that. Drawing dotted lines takes three times the required time because of this.

When I first used it was horrible to write with, and I had to change a bunch of settings in control panel, and it worked perfectly, except this issue. The tablet is "Wacom Bamboo Pen&Touch Graphics Tablet".
Any advice?

are you holding shift?

if so, let go of shift when you draw the dot of the " i " or when you do each line for the " = "

you may need to draw a dot somewhere else before doing the second part of the letter if that makes any sense.

I wasn't holding shift.

Managed to solve the issue. You need to change the double click speed in the mouse settings to the fastest, so the drawing programs won't recognize the 2 dots as a double click.
