very good for a first try
as for critique, i think it's a bit too complicated, and wouldn't look good on a small scale though
also i think the texts are too near the edges, and the "scream and shout" is almost illegible

the text looks childish, perhaps try something with just plain straight text, helvetica or what ever.

will.i.am isn't exactly the image of adulthood though
i think the font choice for will.i.am is decent but the other font is a bit goofy i suppose
