Hey guys.

I hope you can help me.
I just finished a tag and I like it so I wanted to put my name on it.
I know that text isnt easy and often unneeded, but I really wanted to try this now.
I have tried a bit with fonts such as verdana and times new roman, but it doesnt look right.
So ive come to ask you guys, can you tell me where text would look best on this tag?

and while you are already reading this, do you think I should put a border around it? If so, what color?

Thanks in advance

I used those fonts and think it looks fine! Maybe it was the colour you were having a little bit of trouble with. Its a very "sketched" feel so maybe you need a more playful artistry feel to it?

Obviously have no rights to this tag just demonstrating a possibility? This is Arial.

well, i dont have a good selection of custom fonts, and i never really tried at making a font look well placed, do you think i should get some custom ones or are there good default ones you could recommend?

thanks mate. the color looks neat in my opinion, but i think its too far off of the render which kinda ruins the focal point of the sig

Why i went with the muted colours, Other thing i could think of is putting the X over the blonde hair looks pretty decent aswell.

great selected of fonts is http://www.dafont.com/ There's plenty of fancy and creative fonts in there. Just dont get too carried away. :P
