hi there
im very new to this, i tried to make a demon hunter sig, i followed the steps of a youtube sig tutorial (not very advanced i guess), its my first one

what should i change / improve? (inbe4 everything^^)

i used gimp 2.8

It's actually not bad for a first attempt. I used to do sigs all the time, and have since forgotten pretty much all the steps to make a good one. Plus design has changed a lot since I last did them 5 years ago.

Keep practicing and you'll get better. Only thing to note: your DH model is super blurry. You want the model to be as crisp as possible.

thanks for the input!
im always having trouble with my render getting to blurry when i resize it, tried sharpening but didnt work well

Always start with a good quality render, Invest in photoshop too

ill think about photoshop
the render's quality seemed nice, i guess i resized too much
