I'm looking for a job to change an image to the above size.

Is this possible to do or does someone have to recreate the image freehand??

If it is possible ill have fg lined up for someone to do the job. obv more than 7fg lol

you cannot increase resolution without losing quality. you would have to recreate the work.

although if you just want the file size to increase in gif and png there are ways to pack data into the files and it wont effect the image at all.
