I frequently move psds around, or place them side by side so I can share layers sometimes... only I'm having an issue where, when moving a psd, it snaps back to its original position. It's even more annoying when it's covering my layers panel or whatever.

try updating to the latest version.

Is that what the new CS6 interface looks like? Jeez, the black/gray scheme is kind of ugly.

It was new about 8 months ago

Never bothered. Most agencies are still using CS5.
