So I've been making a gift sig for a friend and am having trouble getting it down to 70kbs. It is a gif with 22 frames.

The original gif is ~134kbs and the smallest ive been able to get it is 86.5kbs.

Any suggestions or can any one help? I'd prefer to not start over lol.
