I got all psd files

Offering your signatures in a thread like this is indeed considered illegal.
To be allowed to do this, you must have a trusted tag.
Aside from that, this is also the wrong forum section.

The only option for you to sell your signatures is to either respond to people's requests in the request section: http://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=111 or by getting a mediator/trusted tagged user to host a service for you in the same section.
