Right click on them and Check under image properties.

If the signature is under 70kb with the max dimensions possible of 400x150 your good

And if the avatar is under 50kb your good.

Sig w/ is 68.11kb

Sig w/o is 33.15kb

Avatar dimensions are 64x64
Sigs are 400x150
