There really isn't anywhere specific for people to share their fine arts, but only their graphic artwork on jsp. Ide like this thread to be a place where we can share, support, encourage, and maybe provide some positive criticism for those artists out there that also enjoy indulging in other mediums. (painting, charcoal, graphite, ink, etc.) I would love to see everyone's artistic abilities, as i enjoy observing other peoples artwork and having discussions with artists.
Just one thing though:
No negative commentary on anyones artwork. Every piece of art is the artists expression of emotion or message. If you do not like the piece of art, simply ignore it and move on to the next one. (note that these artworks will obviously not look as well as they do in person due to the fact that they are photos or scans of the artwork and the compacting process through jpegs and the internet lower the quality of the image)
On the other hand, if you would like to provide an artist with positive criticism or suggestions on a piece of work, please feel free to do so but please be careful how you word it. The artist should not be taking offense to your criticism.
And one last thing, if there is any musicians out there, please feel free to post a youtube video or link so that i may listen. I absolutely love music and would love to have that as a part of the thread. Ill start off with a simple ink drawing i did in my lecture classes.
I hope this thread will attract some artist and some art conversations
