if they're subtle, such as a render popping out just a little, then they're alright. if they're the abstract framed ones with a clusterfuck of brushes, then they're ugly. most sacrifice quality since it requires a gif or a small size to fit a png within the size requirements.

a majority of people on this site don't see sigs as art anyway. they just want a half naked girl and/or a car, etc.. i personally never got into reading tutorials, using C4Ds or anime girl cartoons.. that's just me.
