I just want to add a big, cartoony "HACK!" to this gif every time the axe hits the log, just for second or so. Like, a comic book sound effect sort of thing, dig?

Anyway, I presume this would be easy as hell to someone who knew what they were doing, thus the cheapness. lmk.
