i'm having trouble getting my pic to go on jsp

i've tried Copy + Pasting the image, which doesn't work
i've tried linking it (/Users/Admin/Desktop/xxx.gif) which was dumb since that wouldn't ever work anyway

it's in GIF format, and it IS 400x150

what am i doing wrong?

upload the sig at imageshak (just google it) and use your [img][/img]

Or you may upload your image using tinypic and then using the [IMG][IMG]

Is there any way to put a sig here that links to an external website, I seem to be having issues doing it, and am wondering if it is internal links only. You can see my failed attempt below. Thanks.
