I have a question but i'm not really sure how to explain it.
I wanna know how to make light animation in a sig like for the eyes.
I'll try to find an example for you guys

You're looking for a shimmering eye sort of thing? You should use a gradient with moving animation. Would do the job well. Also, depends on the image and texture.
