Need a lot moar practice
Read more tutorials
And stop doing popout-type things cuz they won't help you get better

It doesn't look like there is any progression in your work so far. It looks like you do the exact same thing on each sig with no improvement or variation.

The reason you shouldn't start with popouts is that you need to understand the basics first. It's quite clear from looking at these that you have never gone over basic blending, lighting, focal points, or flow. These are easy to teach on a standard rectangle sig and should be learned before moving to popout as they require a strong knowledge of the basics to create a solid composition.

You need to read tutorials to get better, its as simple as that. There are plenty of tutorial threads in this forum and everyone here is generally willing to help you improve but only if you show you actually want to learn. If you put some effort in you will improve, if not you will stay at that same level for ever.

Actually you should learn some tools before you start with anything. Tools besides text and smudge. You haven't done anything to them.

Take your time to learn different things, don't try to mix everything up at once. There are more than plenty of tutorials for everything what can be done in Photoshop. Look them up and practice. Even reading them can help you improve, depending of what tutorials is about.
Basics of program, basics of design, basics of learning at that point.
