do you zoom it or keep it 100%
I'm so horrible at this but I'm trying to work on my first big piece in a while and I'm trying to crop out the girl of this image to make some things blend behind her easier.

zoom in

I had to just take a completely different approach to this.
I am so retarded when it comes to using the pen tool lol.

I'll find other ways :)
Thanks though.

Zoom in like 3x (just before you can see the pixel grid) and then clickclickclickclickclick

what sick stated right before the pixel grid is best and dont just make dots make the lines curve with the thing your cutting out it turns out better... the hair imo the best way to render that is with channels

avid go on youtube and loook at a tutorial for channel rendering for hair for that part and a fyi the worse thing ppl do is rush renders take ur time zoom to right before pixel grid and take ur time you can even cut hair at end just cut around it then use channels you will see a huge difference trust me

cuz we all know a good render wont always make a better piece but a bad render can mess up a good piece.
