A while ago, duck posted a tutorial on some cool effects using basic filters and twirl/liquify.
Now I used another tutorial inspired on his, but I can't find it anywhere anymore. It could be made by one of the regulars here but I'm not sure.
Anyone with an idea what I'm talking about?

edit: and I look again and it's the first I find lol. It is the "Swirl tutorial by sicklad". Nice inspiration
