Hi, I got to design a website as my final second year assessment counting toward the grade (university/college)

So I have to re-design london paralympics site --> http://www.london2012.com/paralympics/

And make it better somehow.

Anyways no use of automatic web creators are allowed for the assessment -> like dream weaver and stuff. Just pure html, xml, css, java script coding.

He also said no use of CSS templates... But I know using them will make my life GG easier,,, so anyone know where I can get some underground templates which wouldn't be noticeable to the gradeable eye that they've been C/P'd ? Or any advice techniques to change them up a bit so I can still use them

Also any advice on how to make this easier/faster, or else its going to take me like a forever to code this whole thing

It will be noticeable no matter what template you use, just man up and code it.
Also if it's just static content should be easy.

I had to do something similar in one of my business classes, its really not that hard if uv been taught how to do it, I don't suggest using someone elses code specially if this is for a big chunk of ur grade...

Just out of curiosity, why is dreamweaver considered an automatic web creator? Just because you can use templates in it?
