Not bad for a first signature.
And of course, its not that great.
She looks like she's been slapped on a black and white background an a... those thing at the right side of her.
Work on your blending.
Beginners seem to like the Bevel and Emboss feature, try to avoid that.
Some lighting would be nice.
Add depth.
Other than that, if that's how you wanted it to be done then that's awesome!

Well, welcome and do tutorials lots of them u ll improve is the best advice for u at this point.

I'm really starting to dislike the regulars on here. Usually it's a one sentence negative judgement without any reasoning to follow it.

Pro's:
-It doesn't look like every other sig. It obviously was intended to have clean edges, and is not a "smudge attempt".
-I like the colors in it, and the flat back is fine in my opinion.

Con's:
-The glow doesn't look as if it belongs.
-Give the border its own layer and add a 1px-5px glow effect if you want that kind of pop. Mess with the settings so it looks right. I usually manually type in the numbers until it looks good since we're working on a small canvas each pixel has more power and sliders are touchy.
-The right side has a section of faded white (into a grey).

Kind of has Anime on intense backgrounds. They just simply don't mix well. I really don't prefer messing around w/ anime stuff because I've never like anime too much. Anyways, notice how on his gallery the actual render uses maybe 3-4 colors. The background however is a blend and mix of TONS of different colors. The BRIGHT lights he used on them just look bad in my opinion. Skim through paying attention to the Anime ones, and then compare them with number 17.

17 was well done IMO. Sharp. Clean. Smooth. Using soft lighting and no distracting pizzazz flying everywhere.

Shady, do not bash on artists when they're helping. you and the guy that posted need to do tutorials. You act like you're a professional or something when all of your signatures are poorly done. If you wish to improve then take advice harsh or not, but if you're just going to come on here give bad advice and just tell someone there good how do you expect them to improve?

Go to tagfreak and check out some tutorials. Most of the ones here are VERY outdated.
