no flow, cannot make out any kind of initials except for the C (could be an O ?) 1st could be h/A ?.
Could work if you'd associate it with the name of whatever it has to stand for with each use/print, i.e something like :



but not standalone, people would have no idea what initials the logo spelled out, let alone their meaning/association.

I didn't intend for it to be readable as it's primarily an urban /graffiti-style art (but not graffiti in the conventional American sense, I'll spare you the details) clothing company.

It was meant to be abstract and just kind of ended up looking like AC for All City..

it's choppy because I was too lazy to upload it properly, I posted it elsewhere and just used the image tag to post it here--it's not choppy as it's pen tool vector, .ai cs6

Even then you will want to change the A, it reads more as a lower case h with a squigly on the end then a capital A.
Also try tapering off the top end of the C more or to broaden the 2 parts where the C is interrupted to make it conjoin a bit better.

its choppy as in shoddy pen tooling, you can clearly see the anchor points used
