Looks identical (almost) to capture it.
This was done in 2 secs with a tiny bit of kerning and a pen brush stroke through the letters.

The similarity on the "bikes" font makes me feel like its a grunge feel brush not a font, though if i'm wrong good luck finding it.

This is the most likely scenario.. just went through 30x pages with 50 fonts each on dafont of the most popular of all time and 50 pages on font space of ONLY grunge fonts, all of which said "DO BER MANN"

bad and worse.

Top one is Edwardian, not sure about the bottom one, then they have been rasterised and had some bits erased.

the fonts are clearly not grunge fonts and have a mask applied to give it the grunge look...

they are both something pretty generic

I think the bottom one is a variation of Lucida
