you already know what sucks

for photomanipulations you need to fix the contrast first to make a realistic atmosphere
blending's not bad, but the lighting is just way off
work on bigger canvas'
there's no definite story here, i'm not really sure what you're trying to show here

I see a ship of some sort, but there's nothing special to it. The tree right next to it suggests that it's very small, and there's no depth to prove otherwise that the ship is in the distance
even in an apocalyptic scene, the colours aren't limited to just different tones of a destructive red, the grass should still be green in areas, and the sun shouldn't be pure white in most areas
this also means that the clouds way in the distance can't be darker than the foreground grass

it's little stuff like this that throw it off, because you can infer enough to know that this is not in any way realistic

this section should really do more photomanipulations/ matte paintings and then make tutorials on em :(

tell you what, bruh
i'll do one when i have the time, and explain each step
i'll try to minimize the amount of painted objects so it's more inclusive to non tablet users

plus i haven't done anything in a while, i really wanna get back in

e/ also, i'll just do one with the concept you already have, but using different material
dat cool?
