I draw a lot of garbage in ms paint. Anyway, I was wondering, is there a way to make the background transparent in .png format?
So for instance, I draw a line and I want the outside of the line to appear transparent, how would I do this?

Really? Not even the old XP version?
Is there any internet browser based tool that I can use?
