i need a picture to be 57x57 pixels exactly.
what programs could/should i use?
are they free or do i need to purchase them?
and once i have them where can i learn to use them to change pixel size of my pictures.

any help is appreciated thanks

MS paint is free and you can make a "picture" to be exactly 57x57.
Photoshop and the likes aren't free and also can make "pictures" to be exactly 57x57.

BIMP (batch image processor) will do a good job if you've got a few of them to do. Set your options & click go :)
