Where it shows a random picture everytime you re load the page

I'm looking to make my avatar be all 4 of the faces from my signature but each time I refresh it would change to a different one, anyone know how you make one of those?

only works with sigs, there is one user that hosted a site that worked with avatars but Idk if he/she is still doing it, I know he charged quite a bit of Fg for the service though
However you could make an avatar that had a slide that showed each face, like an animated avatar

but you have to host it somewhere.
just need to get some free webspace.

So it can work with avatars too? I feel like it might be too big of a file, max for ava is like 102k kbs
