I know it's on dA and I know it was used for one of the signature design classes that was used here, it's a smudge tut, it was posted in the same post with Pochy's smudge tut, it has a girl in it with her hair in a weird looking bun, and Idk what else, can't seem to find this, I know it's a more common tut so hopefully someone knows.
