Anyway to make it change by +1 or -1 px when using [ and ] shortcut keys, it does it around 5 px but I'm using around 10-20 px and it keeps going like 20->15->10 instead of 20->19->18->17->16->15 etc?
I think that makes sense as to what I'm asking, and I use Cs5 if that matters.

Can't you just open up the Brush manager deal through Window > something or another and just lower it manually instead of using the short cut? Been awhile since I've seen PS interface but I know there's a brush interface that you can manually put a number in on the brush size.
