yeah, i always save for "web and devices" (photoshop obviously), my problem now is, that all the pixels, that are transparent are just simply white. Not every transparent pixels, just the ones that still got a minimal amount of color in them, i hope you know what i mean. I always zoom in like 3000% or so and delete every transparent stuff pixel by pixel and its kinda annoying. The border also looks very sharp after i have done that.

Any idea how i can change that? Or any easier solution?

use a soft brush when doing pop outs
and save as png-24 but posterize to lower kb
dont use gif

i use soft brushes, but saving as png24 could really help will try out next time. If it does not work out, ill tell you.

argh, how do i get that quality menu? I remember it popping up always when i save a picture under "safe as" but now it wont appear

png24 has multiple alpha layers, png8 & gif have binary alpha layers.
