I don't video edit professionally, just want something decent for editing FRAPS of games. I've used Vegas before and had some minor issues with it but haven't tried Premiere yet.
Just looking for opinions on which one is better for mostly game videos and why?

Try something like Avid studio or Pinnacle studio, they're pretty user friendly.
Vegas and premiere are usually for professional editing.
