I am currently trying to work on some ad's for my step mom who designs magazines and sells ad space, i have certain criteria for each ad but without stock images its very bland...

Where can I go to get high quality stock images for free, or is it not possible, can't seem to find anywhere..

I signed up but as I see the images they say

" SELLING AND REDISTRIBUTION OF THE IMAGE (INDIVIDUALLY OR ALONG WITH OTHER IMAGES) IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! DO NOT SHARE THE IMAGE WITH OTHERS!"

that means I cannot use them for ads for a magazine, correct?

make sure to read the artist's terms, some people have completely license free stocks, some people don't want them used in media that is to be sold without asking for permission first.
