why does the text quality drop, or is really unclear

lose the text, add a lighting to his face and this would be much better. not bad.

here is an example. The 1st one is really small, so it ends up like this

2nd one is a little bigger ( the text is getting better but still looks like shit because parts are missing)

3rd one is normal. but i have to make it so big to get it normal

is it because i downloaded this file from Dafont? or photoshop problem? i use cs4

Post a s/s of the file open in photoshop, your text style could be set to 'Sharp' which can sometimes make text look pixelated

other than that I'm not exactly sure, does this happen with all fonts or just that one?

i think it was the opposite, it helped though

it was set on none making it look pixelated but when i set it to sharp / crisp / smooth it reversed effect and made it better. thx
