The background and subject flow really together, but in my honest opinion the text(Not diggin' the glow) and smaller picture of your subject in the corner look awkward and out of place.

50% of the sig is empty space.
Flow is pretty bad.
Text and face clip are terrible and out of position.
Smudge is bad.
Colours are bad.
