if you made them in Photoshop, use a posterize filter
you can also make it b/w and lower the opacity so that the colors aren't so bright, or use less color, this would also lower the size

req is 70 kbs

use "Save For Web & Devices" and decrease the amount of colors on signature.

Usually if something is to big in size save as JPEG and reduce quality until under 70kb (Usually 8 or 9 out of 12 seems to work for me) via photo shop takes all of 10 seconds.

jpg doesnt hold transparency
