Am I allowed to make a topic where I sell my logo design skills? As I'm a professional.. (little bit of my portfolio; http://imgur.com/a/Rb6Ee#8)

If not, when am I allowed?

Actually it is pretty easy. Give njaguar your monthly payment and do whatever he asks and voila! you have acquired a trusted tag. Ask anyone, it is that simple.
