I don't do any gif animation, but thought I would give it a go.
Its a 10 second animation total, is there anyway to save or export it to something to save it smaller, as it is WAY too big to use at 6 mb and it runs super slow.

Completely at a loss here of what to do.

Here's the smallest I could make it. If anyone can make it smaller I can send you the PSD file.

It is 120 frames long and 400x150. You aren't going to get it below 200kb without drastically murdering the number of colors you use.
Lose some of the animation and cut the frames down to 20 or less to get somewhere close.

I'll work on it, thank you.

Here's a breakdown as well so you can see it.

Shows each frame and transparency and the size of each. For instance the initial frame is 35kb, most of the others are 24kb.

Thats a neat tool, and this is really helpful. Thank you Lithic.

Here it is at 5 frames with the other stuff taken out (just too much to fit in 5 frames)

Still too big by 30kb. So I need to make each frame smaller in size somehow, maybe my way of doing the rain is wrong. With just the rain, I've seen usable signatures, so its possible. Just gotta work it out myself.

And finally under 70kb...

Meh.
