Believe me I've been Googling like crazy. I will use it. I'm trying to animate my cartoon.

I agree, however bamboo is good for beginning and intermediate use, it is actually a really small size (a6?) and you might get trouble later with the line accuracy (you can still do anything, it's just not as comfortable). If just starting out the bamboo is a good option, however you will probably switch over later if you are going to continue, so if money is no option I recommend getting a bigger one as to not waste money in the long run.
I think ima fork for the intuos4. I want as much quality as I can get. I'm an experienced artist. Just not with computer animation.
