Please post of you have the Proper ways to reduce your tags, and or why this link is NOT the way to do it.

quickest way imo, is to "save for web devices". this gives you some options, to reduce the overall KB of your sig.
on average, if you choose a png-24 save type, and uncheck the "interlaced" option. you can +/- about 20kb from your tag, without sacrificing too much quality.
adjusting any of the options in this menu, will affect the overall kb size of your file. just play around until you get the desired file size, without sacrificing quality.
