Anyone good at photoshop that will guide me through a simple procedure on Teamviewer? I wanna do this simple thing that always comes out badly when i try it.

trying to completely remove a background of an anime pic without damaging the character

ive tried magic wand tool, magnetic lasso, and polygon lasso. all select parts of the pic i don't want to delete x]

right click on selection.
Invert selection.
Press del.

Ur background is gone

Use the pen tool and click click click click.

this is true :)

Just look up a tut on google or youtube although some of the youtube ones are kinda weird

Pentool is the only way to go, just keep practicing and learning how it works.
